DESCRIPTION

RASER PLUS™ is a sanding tool made of tempered glass, designed to remove thick gate marks cleanly without scratching the surface. Inheriting RASER ORIGIN™, which established the concept of glass files in the hobby market, it is developed as an expanded model with a 5 mm side thickness to enhance grip and increase sanding pressure. This structural refinement makes it particularly effective for removing thick gate marks.

TECHNOLOGY
Ultra-Precision Laser Micro-Texture

Uses continuously refined ultra-precision laser processing to form 0.15 mm circular micro-textures, delivering abrasive performance comparable to 200–400 grit sandpaper.

Hand-Finished Smooth Edges

All edges are precision hand-finished by skilled craftsmen to achieve a smooth finish, reducing the risk of scratches when in contact with plastic surfaces and improving ease of use for beginners.

 
NOTES & PRECAUTIONS
After use, removal of sanding dust with masking tape is recommended for maintenance.

Dropping the product or subjecting it to strong impact may cause damage or breakage due to its tempered glass construction.
