DESCRIPTION
BALANCER WHITE™ is a sponge-type polisher designed to achieve surface textures ranging from matte to high gloss. It is primarily used in the next step after gate removal with the RASER™ series to adjust surface gloss levels.

KEY FEATURES
Dual-sided structure with two different grit levels.

The lower abrasive surface provides smooth polishing comparable to 3000 grit.

The upper abrasive surface provides high-gloss polishing through Quick Shine technology.

 
HOW TO USE
Can be cut to size if needed to match part dimensions or user preference.

Polishing with the lower side creates a visually matte surface. This serves as a surface preparation step before achieving gloss.

After polishing with the lower side, use the upper side to quickly achieve a high-gloss finish.

To achieve the semi-gloss texture of plastic, use RECOVER™ after lower-side polishing.

 
NOTES & PRECAUTIONS
Designed for dry use only. Do not use with water.

Remove accumulated particles with masking tape to maintain performance.
